Plants covered thinly by snow seen in my familiar forest

This is one scene of my familiar forest where I often walk around.

The forest ground was covered a little by snow fallen previous day. Since it's been a warm winter this year, it's convenient to me. If completely covered with snow, I won't be able to observe any living creatures, right?

You can see many green leaves scattering on the ground. They are  Fuyu Ichigo(literally, Fuyu=winter, Ichigo=strawberry, Rubus buergeri).

In accordance with its name, they are the raspberry in winter.

It seems to be refrigerated enough by snow and looks delicious.

Snow was also thinly piled up on the shelf fungus (bracket fungus).

This is a capsule (a Jar-shaped structure containing moss spores inside) and its stalk, sticking out from snow. What looks like a pointed tip is called a calyptra of moss. When this calyptra drops off, moss spores will be scattered out from a capsule.

In the next photo, a calyptra is pointed by a red arrow and a capsule is a blue arrow. I think this is the moment when a calyptra is almost coming off from a capsule.
The calyptra seems like a bird's beak, don't you think so?
